Lungies are used as Men's wear. It is a piece of cloth, Unlike Veshti/Mundu/Dhothi which are white in colour, measuring 1.8 meters to 2.25 meters long, and 42 to 48 inches width, and worn on the waist. This is used by ladies also in Kerala.
You can wear the Lungi, by stiching the both the long ends together, so that they can stay back firmly on the waist.
